FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do our best to answer all the obvious questions here, but if we've missed something out, please get in touch with us.

What's the minimum order?

We're always happy to discuss your requirements. Obviously the costs might depend on quantities, so we'll advise you when you place your order.

What are your delivery timescales?

The timescales depend entirely on the artwork, screens, sourcing of materials, colours and volumes. When we discuss your order, we'll always discuss deliveries with you, in case you have any special requirements.

I'm in a hurry, can you do 24-hour delivery?

In short, yes!. Always ask us when you place your order and we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. There may be an additional charge for this.

Can I collect from you?

Yes. Please let us know in advance and we'll make arrangements to have your order ready for you.

Are the goods returnable?

If the goods are faulty, then yes, you can always return them to us. However, since the majority of our clothing is made to order, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Can I pay online?

At this stage, we are happy to accept payment by cheque and bank transfer.

Do I have to pay VAT?

VAT is chargeable on all goods, except children's clothes, which are zero-rated.

Can I see samples?

We have samples of most materials, and of many finished clothes, but as we create your branded wear to order, we are normally not able to create samples showing your own logo. However, we are happy to accommodate your requirements and would be pleased to discuss this with you in more detail.

I am not a company or school, can I buy from you?

We are happy to accept your order, although we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance.

I'm organising a boys' weekend away and we want some printed t-shirts, can you do this?

We have already done this for a number of clients and would be pleased to discuss your requirements.

What are the washing and care instructions?

Care instructions ar always included with all our orders. We strive to source machine-washable clothes wherever possible.

What do I need to give you for the logo/badge?

We need a high-quality electronic version of the logo or design you want, either in JPG, EPS or PDF format. however, if you only have a letterhead, for example, please send it to us and we'll advise you whether it gives us sufficient detail before moving forwards.

I've only got a drawing of the logo I want, can you help?

Our art team are often able to take drawn information and convert it to the appropriate electronic format for our machines. please send it to us and we will advise you before moving forwards.

I ordered from you several years ago, will you still have the designs?

Unless you have asked for the tapes back, we always store our clients' designs in case they're needed in the future. Please let us know and we'll check our archive files to confirm this.
